We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. - NOTICE CONCERNING DO NOT TRACK
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected on our website for third-party purposes, and that is why we provide the variety of opt-out mechanisms listed above. Affiliates and Subsidiaries. We may share information we collect with affiliates or within our family of companies or service providers to deliver products and additional services to you, ensure a consistent level of service, and enhance our products, the Services, and your customer experience.

The Services for CHM contain links to third-party websites such as social media sites and also contain third-party plug-ins (such as the Facebook “like” button and Twitter “follow” button). If you choose to use these sites or features, you may disclose your information not just to those third parties, but also to their users and the public more generally depending on how their services function. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites or services. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information may be subject to the privacy policies of the third-party websites or services, and not this Privacy Policy. We urge you to read the privacy and security policies of these third parties.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for general audiences that are 18 or over, and not for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected “personal information” (as defined by the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from children under the age of 13 without valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. We do not knowingly process data of or solicit or market to EU residents of any kind as the Services are exclusively offered for residents of the United States of America. If we become aware that we have collected data from an EU resident, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. We also comply with other restrictions relating to age or otherwise, in accordance with applicable local laws.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of our services, or advances in technology. We will make the revised Privacy Policy accessible through the services, so you should review the Privacy Policy periodically. You can know if the Privacy Policy has changed since the last time you reviewed it by checking the “Last Updated” tag included at the beginning of the Agreement. California’s ‘Shine the Light’
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, CA Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with any third parties. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2018 will receive information regarding 2017 sharing activities).
Even though we do not sell or share your information with any third parties except for the licensed insurance carriers in our network, you can still submit a request to obtain this information. Please send an email message to info@coveragehubmarketing.com with “Request for California Privacy Information” on the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to you at your e-mail address in response. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
Information Retention and Right to Delete
Under the California Consumer Protection Act of 2018, a consumer has the right to request, via verifiable request method, that coveragehubmarketing.com delete any personal information about the consumer that has been collected. Upon receipt of such request, coveragehubmarketing.com shall delete the information and shall direct its insurance carriers to delete the information from its records as well, except under limited circumstances where the consumer’s information is required to: (1) compute the transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide a good or service requested by the consumer, or reasonably anticipated within the context of coveragehubmarketing.com’s ongoing business relationship with the consumer, or otherwise perform a contract between coveragehubmarketing.com and the consumer; (2) detect security incidents; protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity; (3) debug to identify and repair errors existing intended functionality; (4) exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his/her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law; (5) comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act; (6) engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest; (7) to enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with the expectations of the consumer based on the consumer’s relationship with coveragehubmarketing.com; (8) comply with a legal obligation; (9) otherwise use the consumer’s personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which the consumer provided the information.
Any information you provide to coveragehubmarketing.com will be retained until you make the decision to cancel your account with us. If you want to cancel your account or if you want to request that we no longer use your information to provide you with products and services, you can contact us at info@coveragehubmarketing.com. Even after this request, your information may be retained for the appropriate amount of time to comply with various legal and statutory obligations.
Right to Not Be Discriminated Against
Should you decide to exercise any of the above-mentioned rights under the California Consumer Protection Act, coveragehubmarketing.com is prohibited from discriminating against that consumer for that exercise. However, important to note is that coveragehubmarketing.com also offers a different price, rate, level, or quality of goods or services to the consumer if that price or difference is directly related to the value provided to the consumer by the consumer’s data.
