We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Please note that if you exercise the choices above, you may still see advertising when you use the Services, but it will not be tailored to you based on your online behavior over time.

NOTICE CONCERNING DO NOT TRACK

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites or services. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for general audiences that are 18 or over, and not for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected “personal information” (as defined by the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from children under the age of 13 without valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. We do not knowingly process data of or solicit or market to EU residents of any kind as the Services are exclusively offered for residents of the United States of America. If we become aware that we have collected data from an EU resident, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. California’s ‘Shine the Light’

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, CA Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with any third parties. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2018 will receive information regarding 2017 sharing activities).

Even though we do not sell or share your information with any third parties except for the licensed insurance carriers in our network, you can still submit a request to obtain this information. We will provide the requested information to you at your e-mail address in response. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.

Information Retention and Right to Delete

Under the California Consumer Protection Act of 2018, a consumer has the right to request, via verifiable request method, that coveragehubmarketing.com delete any personal information about the consumer that has been collected. Right to Not Be Discriminated Against
